SYNLawn New York proudly won the Golf Project of the Year 2023 for their exceptional completion of a high-end residential landscaping project located in Fairport, New York. The SYNLawn Iowa team partnered with Paws & Pints to bring their dream of a pet-friendly destination to reality. The project aimed to provide a space for both people and their pets, with the installation of SYNPro 60 and Pet Platinum artificial turf in park spaces for agility training and various amenities for human guests. These high-performance artificial turf products from SYNLawn offered the perfect solution for the project, providing a durable and environmentally friendly surface for pets and their owners to enjoy. This exceptional quality and innovative design of Paws & Pints has earned it the "Project of the Year 2023" award for PET.

SYNLawn New York, in collaboration with GDC Developers, won the Commercial Landscape Project of the Year award from the Synthetic Turf Council (STC) (2021) for their successful installation of the City Square Rooftop Park in White Plains. The project involved the design and installation of a 35,000 square foot rooftop courtyard area, which connects three buildings in downtown White Plains. The award recognizes SYNLawn New York's years of experience in complex artificial turf installations, as well as the importance of effective collaboration between contractors and developers to achieve successful commercial landscape projects.
