SYNLawn New York proudly won the Golf Project of the Year 2023 for their exceptional completion of a high-end residential landscaping project located in Fairport, New York. The homeowner's vision of creating a backyard golf oasis inspired by the iconic 12th hole at Augusta was brought to life with the use of various SYNLawn products including Classic Pitch 3,975sf, SYNSport White 1,500sf, SYNtepiede243 4,635sf, SYNAugustineX47 9,330sf, SYNPro70 9,435sf, Tee Strike 480sf, and Precision Put 330sf. The result was the ultimate golf lover's paradise that combines challenge and beauty in a natural setting.

The project was designed around the highest-quality artificial grass on the market and installed by the experts at SYNLawn Kansas City. Burns & McDonnell needed an artificial turf that could withstand the heat generated by the reflective glass of the new buildings, so SYNLawn Kansas installed 27,990 square feet of SYNRye 244[1], which is known for its extreme reliability and performance over the years. The team used 3,150 square feet of Classic Pitch, putting green turf and 2,400 square feet of SYNBermuda synthetic grass for landscaping, as well as 30 super sacks of USGreenTech’s Safeshell organic infill.

The SYNLawn Iowa team partnered with Paws & Pints to bring their dream of a pet-friendly destination to reality. The project aimed to provide a space for both people and their pets, with the installation of SYNPro 60 and Pet Platinum artificial turf in park spaces for agility training and various amenities for human guests. These high-performance artificial turf products from SYNLawn offered the perfect solution for the project, providing a durable and environmentally friendly surface for pets and their owners to enjoy. SYNLawn New York, in collaboration with GDC Developers, won the Commercial Landscape Project of the Year award from the Synthetic Turf Council (STC) (2021) for their successful installation of the City Square Rooftop Park in White Plains. The project involved the design and installation of a 35,000 square foot rooftop courtyard area, which connects three buildings in downtown White Plains. The award recognizes SYNLawn New York's years of experience in complex artificial turf installations, as well as the importance of effective collaboration between contractors and developers to achieve successful commercial landscape projects.
