The talented SYNLawn Georgia team transformed a Sandy Springs family home into a breathtaking oasis for a renowned Chief of Surgery, his wife, and their two children. The team's unparalleled expertise and dedication created a stunning, low-maintenance paradise that surpassed the family's wildest dreams. The devoted team at SYNLawn Georgia relished every moment of crafting this one-of-a-kind sanctuary, exemplifying their commitment to delivering extraordinary results and unparalleled customer satisfaction. The innovative SYNCourt was seamlessly integrated into the project, adding a touch of innovation to this enchanting haven, earning the SYNLawn Georgia team Residential Project of the Year.

9,000 s.f. Turf and Pad. The space is used for event areas including dining area, wedding space and tent space. The Brock Sp-20 pad is used to help protect the base stone and add safety factor to the space.

The project was designed around the highest-quality artificial grass on the market and installed by the experts at SYNLawn Kansas City. Burns & McDonnell needed an artificial turf that could withstand the heat generated by the reflective glass of the new buildings, so SYNLawn Kansas installed 27,990 square feet of SYNRye 244[1], which is known for its extreme reliability and performance over the years. The team used 3,150 square feet of Classic Pitch, putting green turf and 2,400 square feet of SYNBermuda synthetic grass for landscaping, as well as 30 super sacks of USGreenTech’s Safeshell organic infill.

SYNLawn South Florida was recognized as the best Residential Project for a 13,000-square-foot installation in Vero Beach. The large size of the landscaping project was unique, and the project was time-consuming since the team had to remove all of the natural grass before starting the installation. Then the SYNAugustine 347 with Envirofill® turf had to be installed mostly by hand. The final result was beautiful landscaping that would save the owner money that used to be spent on lawn care and water.

Lake front home turned a 400 sq. ft. backyard, into a beautiful usable lawn area! Incorporated a 10' flat green for the homeowner to practice his putting.

Installation included mounding using geofoam base, SYNpour buffing to create shape and SYNAugustine 347 for the surface.
