The transformation of a neglected parking lot in Pittsburgh into a thriving community space is a testament to the power of collaboration and the positive impact it can have on communities. The project team worked with SYNLawn Pittsburgh to install 6,000 sq ft of eco-friendly SA 547 synthetic turf, bringing the community's vision to life. The result is a beautiful and sustainable space that serves as a source of pride for the neighborhood. This project has quickly become the heart of the community, providing a location for events and a peaceful escape for visitors. This project earned SYNLawn Pittsburg Specialty Project of the Year in 2023.

SYNLawn New York proudly won the Golf Project of the Year 2023 for their exceptional completion of a high-end residential landscaping project located in Fairport, New York. The homeowner's vision of creating a backyard golf oasis inspired by the iconic 12th hole at Augusta was brought to life with the use of various SYNLawn products including Classic Pitch 3,975sf, SYNSport White 1,500sf, SYNtepiede243 4,635sf, SYNAugustineX47 9,330sf, SYNPro70 9,435sf, Tee Strike 480sf, and Precision Put 330sf. The result was the ultimate golf lover's paradise that combines challenge and beauty in a natural setting.

SYNLawn New York, in collaboration with GDC Developers, won the Commercial Landscape Project of the Year award from the Synthetic Turf Council (STC) (2021) for their successful installation of the City Square Rooftop Park in White Plains. The project involved the design and installation of a 35,000 square foot rooftop courtyard area, which connects three buildings in downtown White Plains. The award recognizes SYNLawn New York's years of experience in complex artificial turf installations, as well as the importance of effective collaboration between contractors and developers to achieve successful commercial landscape projects.
