This unique project by SYNLawn Tampa transformed a residential space into a top-tier golf-style design build putt putt course, offering endless enjoyment and a virtually 'hole in one' free experience for the client, their family, and guests. Precision Putt: Premium turf for a smooth and consistent ball roll. SynRye 200: Synthetic turf with a natural appearance and superior durability. SynPlay 48 White and Blue: Vibrant white and blue turf for a visually striking design.

SYNLawn's transformative effort at the Young at Heart Center not only improved the aesthetic appeal but also elevated the safety and accessibility of the playground, promoting an inclusive environment for children with diverse abilities. With a vision to enhance the play and lounge area, the SYNLawn Mountain West team undertook the exciting Poured-in-Place Playground Project, customizing the space with a sun design and introducing our high-quality SYNAugustine X47 artificial grass.

SYNLawn Texas-Austin team was recognized for outstanding work on a 14-hole mini golf installation in Jacksonville, Florida that they did for global sports entertainment company, Topgolf. The team used Precision Putt and SYNAugustine X47 to install the 13,500 square foot mini golf course. In addition to the 14-hole layout of the course, the design also incorporated the landscape and drainage, concrete, AV, lighting and electrical bringing the client's vision to life.

SYNLawn South Florida was recognized as the best Residential Project for a 13,000-square-foot installation in Vero Beach. The large size of the landscaping project was unique, and the project was time-consuming since the team had to remove all of the natural grass before starting the installation. Then the SYNAugustine 347 with Envirofill® turf had to be installed mostly by hand. The final result was beautiful landscaping that would save the owner money that used to be spent on lawn care and water.
