SYNLawn Chesapeake Bay transformed an outdoor space at a luxury apartment building in Washington, D.C. into a unique adventure playground. The team installed 2,330 sqft of SYNAugustine X47 premium artificial turf, providing a safe, clean, and eco-friendly play environment. The turf is soft, durable, and mud-free, reducing the need for pesticides and minimizing outdoor allergies. A 2-inch fall pad also helps reduce the impact of common playground falls. The project was a fun and rewarding experience for the SYNLawn Chesapeake Bay team, who enjoyed creating a one-of-a-kind playground for the building's residents.

SYNLawn's transformative effort at the Young at Heart Center not only improved the aesthetic appeal but also elevated the safety and accessibility of the playground, promoting an inclusive environment for children with diverse abilities. With a vision to enhance the play and lounge area, the SYNLawn Mountain West team undertook the exciting Poured-in-Place Playground Project, customizing the space with a sun design and introducing our high-quality SYNAugustine X47 artificial grass.
