The project was designed around the highest-quality artificial grass on the market and installed by the experts at SYNLawn Kansas City. Burns & McDonnell needed an artificial turf that could withstand the heat generated by the reflective glass of the new buildings, so SYNLawn Kansas installed 27,990 square feet of SYNRye 244[1], which is known for its extreme reliability and performance over the years. The team used 3,150 square feet of Classic Pitch, putting green turf and 2,400 square feet of SYNBermuda synthetic grass for landscaping, as well as 30 super sacks of USGreenTech’s Safeshell organic infill.

Using SYNLawn products in the installation ensures that the homeowners will save time and money, no longer having to deal with lawn maintenance, and save money on water bills as SYNLawn turf eliminates the need for sprinkler systems. The Lewis’ innovative residential backyard is an excellent model for those wanting to create their dream yard to enjoy for years to come.

SYNLawn Texas-Austin team was recognized for outstanding work on a 14-hole mini golf installation in Jacksonville, Florida that they did for global sports entertainment company, Topgolf. The team used Precision Putt and SYNAugustine X47 to install the 13,500 square foot mini golf course. In addition to the 14-hole layout of the course, the design also incorporated the landscape and drainage, concrete, AV, lighting and electrical bringing the client's vision to life.
