SYNLawn Vegas, committed to sustainability and design excellence, has pioneered a transformative project at the iconic Bellagio Hotel and Casino. Despite logistical challenges and 24/7 operations, the SYNLawn Vegas team seamlessly integrated our state-of-the-art synthetic turf: SYNPRO 65 across the Bellagio property. This innovative installation not only elevates the Bellagio's aesthetic appeal but also contributes significantly to water conservation in the heart of Las Vegas. This pioneering effort, blending luxury with eco-consciousness, sets a groundbreaking precedent for future design standards in resorts worldwide.

SYNLawn Las Vegas and New York New York collaborated to transform a water-wasting area on the Las Vegas Strip into a visually captivating synthetic grass oasis. This remarkable landscaping project showcases SYNLawn's expertise in water conservation and their commitment to sustainability. By replacing the inefficient water feature with premium synthetic grass, they demonstrate the city's proactive approach to the water crisis while enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the surroundings. This project highlights SYNLawn's reputation for delivering high-quality synthetic grass solutions and their role in reducing water wastage in non-functional areas.

The project was designed around the highest-quality artificial grass on the market and installed by the experts at SYNLawn Kansas City. Burns & McDonnell needed an artificial turf that could withstand the heat generated by the reflective glass of the new buildings, so SYNLawn Kansas installed 27,990 square feet of SYNRye 244[1], which is known for its extreme reliability and performance over the years. The team used 3,150 square feet of Classic Pitch, putting green turf and 2,400 square feet of SYNBermuda synthetic grass for landscaping, as well as 30 super sacks of USGreenTech’s Safeshell organic infill.

Using SYNLawn products in the installation ensures that the homeowners will save time and money, no longer having to deal with lawn maintenance, and save money on water bills as SYNLawn turf eliminates the need for sprinkler systems.
