SYNLawn Idaho just wrapped a 20,000 square foot install of SYNBlue 949 at Edmark Toyota in Nampa, Idaho. Dave and Miles Edmark called all the top landscapers in town for competitive bids and each one referred them to SYNLawn. Edmark will save at least 378,000 gallons of water each year and will no longer have to worry about water spots on cars and a dirty lot with grass clippings everywhere. Customers and pedestrians who walk by always ask, "is this real". This is music to our ears.

SYNLawn Idaho completed this amazing project in Eagle, ID using 4,970 square feet of USDA-Certified SYNAugustine X47 for the landscape grass and 304 square feet of Precision Putt Premium turf for the putting green. The SYNAugustine line is one of the most popular that SYNLawn offers, it features the Super Yarn Technology, the multi-color grass blades and dense thatch that combined, make this the #1 contender. Our skilled team turned this traditional backyard into a no maintenance, always beautiful entertainment space where our clients can enjoy hosting friends and family without any worries, and have a little fun on the putting green as well.

SYNLawn San Diego's skilled team has seamlessly installed 997 square feet of SYNAugustine 547, a USDA Certified Bio-based Product that uses Super Yarn™ technology and renewable sugarcane. This top-of-the-line synthetic turf has transformed the center's aesthetic appeal, offering a soft, lush, and environmentally friendly landscape. SYNLawn Chesapeake Bay transformed an outdoor space at a luxury apartment building in Washington, D.C. into a unique adventure playground. The team installed 2,330 sqft of SYNAugustine X47 premium artificial turf, providing a safe, clean, and eco-friendly play environment. The turf is soft, durable, and mud-free, reducing the need for pesticides and minimizing outdoor allergies. A 2-inch fall pad also helps reduce the impact of common playground falls. The project was a fun and rewarding experience for the SYNLawn Chesapeake Bay team, who enjoyed creating a one-of-a-kind playground for the building's residents.

Bringing the great outdoors to the heart of Encinitas, California, SYNLawn San Diego teamed up with RRM Design Group to create a 3.1-acre neighborhood park that's both fun and functional! This dynamic duo brought their expertise to the table to design a custom play area that would offer a thrilling experience for kids of all ages. The project was part of a larger national effort to make sure that every American has access to quality parks and green spaces within a 10-minute walk. And SYNLawn San Diego was up for the challenge! They worked tirelessly to make sure that the park would be a hit with the local community, and they did not disappoint!

SYNLawn Chesapeake Bay team installed over 400 square feet of SYNLawn Precision Putt. For the areas of the lawn outside of the putting green, the team installed 630 square feet of SYNLawn’s popular SYNAugustine X47 turf style. The multi-level green was built below the patio stairs, and the top tier had a tree the team had to build around to install the SYNAugustine X47 turf.
