SYNLawn New York proudly won the Golf Project of the Year 2023 for their exceptional completion of a high-end residential landscaping project located in Fairport, New York. The homeowner's vision of creating a backyard golf oasis inspired by the iconic 12th hole at Augusta was brought to life with the use of various SYNLawn products including Classic Pitch 3,975sf, SYNSport White 1,500sf, SYNtepiede243 4,635sf, SYNAugustineX47 9,330sf, SYNPro70 9,435sf, Tee Strike 480sf, and Precision Put 330sf. The result was the ultimate golf lover's paradise that combines challenge and beauty in a natural setting.

SYNLawn Alabama chose USDA-Certified SYNAugustine X47 to install in each uniquely sized yard. Nearly 60,000 square feet of product was installed. The SYNAugustine line is among the most popular products that SYNLawn offers. The benefits of this product include a soft, lush look and feel, Super Yarn™ Technology, EnviroLoc+™ backing system, and a Class A fire rating.

SYNLawn New York, in collaboration with GDC Developers, won the Commercial Landscape Project of the Year award from the Synthetic Turf Council (STC) (2021) for their successful installation of the City Square Rooftop Park in White Plains. The project involved the design and installation of a 35,000 square foot rooftop courtyard area, which connects three buildings in downtown White Plains. The award recognizes SYNLawn New York's years of experience in complex artificial turf installations, as well as the importance of effective collaboration between contractors and developers to achieve successful commercial landscape projects.
