SYNLawn Alabama chose USDA-Certified SYNAugustine X47 to install in each uniquely sized yard. Nearly 60,000 square feet of product was installed. The SYNAugustine line is among the most popular products that SYNLawn offers. The benefits of this product include a soft, lush look and feel, Super Yarn™ Technology, EnviroLoc+™ backing system, and a Class A fire rating.

SYNLawn Texas team installed 19,000 square feet of SYNTipede 343 to create an aesthetically appealing and functional green space known as “The Lawn at Grandscape.” Intended to be used for outdoor entertainment such as live music, movies, games, fitness classes, and other activities to bring the community together, “The Lawn…” is also perfect for relaxing on blankets, afternoon picnics, and socializing with your neighbors.

The unique installation combines aesthetic beauty with functionality and is designed to keep pets active and healthy. The space includes structures that encourage movement and build muscles and joints and is outfitted with 3,720 sq ft of Pet Platinum for a safe and comfortable environment for pets to play and explore. The playground is not only visually appealing, but it also provides numerous health benefits for pets, making it a great concept for pet owners.
