SYNLawn Idaho completed this amazing project in Eagle, ID using 4,970 square feet of USDA-Certified SYNAugustine X47 for the landscape grass and 304 square feet of Precision Putt Premium turf for the putting green. The SYNAugustine line is one of the most popular that SYNLawn offers, it features the Super Yarn Technology, the multi-color grass blades and dense thatch that combined, make this the #1 contender. SYNLawn New York proudly won the Golf Project of the Year 2023 for their exceptional completion of a high-end residential landscaping project located in Fairport, New York. The homeowner's vision of creating a backyard golf oasis inspired by the iconic 12th hole at Augusta was brought to life with the use of various SYNLawn products including Classic Pitch 3,975sf, SYNSport White 1,500sf, SYNtepiede243 4,635sf, SYNAugustineX47 9,330sf, SYNPro70 9,435sf, Tee Strike 480sf, and Precision Put 330sf. The result was the ultimate golf lover's paradise that combines challenge and beauty in a natural setting.

SYNLawn New York, in collaboration with GDC Developers, won the Commercial Landscape Project of the Year award from the Synthetic Turf Council (STC) (2021) for their successful installation of the City Square Rooftop Park in White Plains. The project involved the design and installation of a 35,000 square foot rooftop courtyard area, which connects three buildings in downtown White Plains. The award recognizes SYNLawn New York's years of experience in complex artificial turf installations, as well as the importance of effective collaboration between contractors and developers to achieve successful commercial landscape projects.
