9,000 s.f. Turf and Pad. The space is used for event areas including dining area, wedding space and tent space. The Brock Sp-20 pad is used to help protect the base stone and add safety factor to the space.

SYNLawn Chesapeake Bay team installed over 400 square feet of SYNLawn Precision Putt. For the areas of the lawn outside of the putting green, the team installed 630 square feet of SYNLawn’s popular SYNAugustine X47 turf style. The multi-level green was built below the patio stairs, and the top tier had a tree the team had to build around to install the SYNAugustine X47 turf.

The tech giant selected SYNLawn Houston to help beautify its new 440,000-square-foot corporate campus by installing custom inlaid artificial grass designs on its rooftop terraces. 4&1 Landscape Architecture and SYNLawn Houston teamed up to beautify the campus and provide HPE’s employees with lush outdoor amenities.

SYNLawn New York, in collaboration with GDC Developers, won the Commercial Landscape Project of the Year award from the Synthetic Turf Council (STC) (2021) for their successful installation of the City Square Rooftop Park in White Plains. The project involved the design and installation of a 35,000 square foot rooftop courtyard area, which connects three buildings in downtown White Plains. The award recognizes SYNLawn New York's years of experience in complex artificial turf installations, as well as the importance of effective collaboration between contractors and developers to achieve successful commercial landscape projects.
